Tropical Depression 11W

Position: Latitude 19.1°N  Longitude 120.1°E

about 310 miles (500 km) north of Manila, Philippines

Movement: west-northwest at 13 m.p.h. (21 km/h)

Maximum sustained wind speed: 35 m.p.h. (55 km/h)  Gusts: 45 m.p.h. (75 km/h)

Minimum surface pressure: 999 mb
