{"id":1641,"date":"2015-09-27T03:57:00","date_gmt":"2015-09-27T03:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jayhobgood.com\/?p=1641"},"modified":"2015-09-27T03:57:00","modified_gmt":"2015-09-27T03:57:00","slug":"powerful-typhoon-dujuan-heads-toward-taiwan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jayhobgood.com\/?p=1641","title":{"rendered":"Powerful Typhoon Dujuan Heads Toward Taiwan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Powerful Typhoon Dujuan turned west on Saturday and headed for Taiwan.\u00a0 At 11:00 p.m. EDT on Saturday the center of Typhoon Dujuan was located at latitude 22.3\u00b0N and longitude 127.0\u00b0E which put it about 380 miles (610 km) east-southeast of Taipei, Taiwan and about 300 miles (480 km) south of Okinawa.\u00a0 Dujuan was moving toward the west at 9 m.p.h. (15 km\/h).\u00a0 The maximum sustained wind speed was 130 m.p.h. (210 km\/h) and there were wind gusts to 160 m.p.h.
