{"id":1736,"date":"2015-10-10T03:50:08","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T03:50:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jayhobgood.com\/?p=1736"},"modified":"2015-10-10T03:50:08","modified_gmt":"2015-10-10T03:50:08","slug":"tropical-storm-nora-form-far-east-of-hawaii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jayhobgood.com\/?p=1736","title":{"rendered":"Tropical Storm Nora Form Far East of Hawaii"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another Tropical Cyclone has formed over the Eastern North Pacific Ocean well east of Hawaii and the National Hurricane Center has upgraded Tropical Depression 18-E to Tropical Storm Nora.\u00a0 At 11:00 p.m. EDT on Friday the center of Tropical Storm Nora was located at latitude 11.3\u00b0N and longitude 135.1\u00b0W which put it about 1470 miles (2365 km) east-southeast of South Point Hawaii.\u00a0 Nora was moving toward the west at 16 m.p.h. (26 km\/h).\u00a0 The maximum sustained wind speed was 40 m.p.h. (65 km\/h) and there were wind gusts to 50 m.p.h.
