Tropical Depression Two formed over the eastern Gulf of Mexico on Sunday morning.\u00a0 The U.S. National Hurricane Center issued a Tropical Storm Watch for a portion of the coast of Northwest Florida.\u00a0 At 11:00 a.m. EDT on Sunday the center of Tropical Depression Two was located at latitude 28.0\u00b0N and longitude 85.3\u00b0W which put the center about 155 miles (250 km) south of Panama City, Florida.\u00a0 The tropical depression was moving toward the north-northwest at 2 m.p.h. (3 km\/h).\u00a0 The maximum sustained wind speed was 30 m.p.h. (50 km\/h) and there were wind gusts to 40 m.p.h. (65 km\/h).\u00a0 The minimum surface pressure was 1011 mb.<\/p>\n
