The circulation around Tropical Storm Isaias reorganized near the northern coast of the Dominican Republic on Thursday afternoon and Tropical Storm Watches were issued for part of the coast of southeast Florida.\u00a0 At 5:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday the center of Tropical Storm Isaias was located at latitude 19.5\u00b0N and longitude 70.6\u00b0W which put it about 25 miles (40 km) southeast of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.\u00a0 Isaias was moving toward the northwest at 20 m.p.h. (32 km\/h).\u00a0 The maximum sustained wind speed was 60 m.p.h. (95 km\/h) and there were wind gusts to 75 m.p.h. (120 km\/h).\u00a0 The minimum surface pressure was 999 mb.<\/p>\n
